This is a comprehensive guide for moms in the military. My hope is to make PCS time as seamless as possible. We often hear the saying, "it takes a village to raise a baby", but I know the sacrifice you all make and I know that a support village during this phase of your life isn't always a possibility. We are constantly on the go, constantly meeting new people, and constantly having to restart our lives with littles in tow, on limited time frames and extremely scattered information.
I want to be your village. I want The Drifting Anchor to not only be a place of support and encouragement with actionable tips to make your life as mom and anchor of the family as successful as possible, but I also want to provide you with resources that can truly help you get settled in your new duty station so that you can focus on what truly matters. Thank you for all you do for our country and for your families. You'll never fully understand the impact you are making in this amazing community of ours.
"If you want to change the world, go home and love your family."
